  • HVTN 503 (MRK Ad 5 polyvalent B), sponsored by HVTN, commenced February 2007, 3000 participants, sites: Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Medunsa and North West Province, National PI: Glenda Gray. Stopped in October 2007.
